The great 2011

14 May 2000 was my first visit to World Harvest Church (WHC). It was the obedience to the call of God that I stayed and decided to stay until I graduate to my eternal home.

In the early part of year 2001, someone passed me a book entitled “Digging the Wells of Revival” by Lou Engle. After reading, I came before the Lord surrendering myself that I want to be one of those who will dig the wells of revival that our spiritual forefathers had dug. In April 2001, very clearly the Lord spoke to me ‘give Me your next 10 years’ and I gave Him with much emotions. Soon after that, our Senior Pastor, Ps David called for 40-days fast and asked us to dedicate our next 10 years to the Lord because the ministry that the Lord entrusted to WHC will be in a long haul.

Exactly 10 years later, on April 7, the Holy Spirit rained down from heaven during our normal weekly Thursday night prayer. My prayer partner was caught up in the spirit and interceded for another nation. 2 days later, during our Vision Day, the Spirit of God overruled the whole meeting and I was brought into 3rd Heaven to swim in the river glory that flows from the throne room of God. After experiencing the river glory for that only one time, I was drunk for 2 weeks and I had to put aside many of my normal routines. Many times even when I just said grace before my meals, Jesus would come and I would eat my rice dutifully while fellowshipping with Jesus. Day after day, I pen down as much as I could of the dreams, visions and even thoughts that God dropped from heaven. I am not a good writer but for a 2 weeks-encounter, it was 20 pages full of spiritual notes! During these 2 weeks, I was 2 times transported to other nations to intercede. I was there with another church member fighting with the demonic stronghold holding that nation.

These powerful 2 weeks had stirred up a hidden gift in me which was given by God - receiving revelations by thoughts. I am not good in imagination and creative ideas but when thoughts came, I knew that it was from Him especially when it came as my first thought in the morning. One of the major thing that was restored in me was my identity in Christ - I was born from Heaven and live for Heaven, not born on earth and work for Heaven. There was a great shift in my thinking and perception about myself. This is the first thing that Jesus came personally to teach me. My spiritual eyes were opened and those points in the book “Supernatural Ways of Royalty” by Kris Vallotton became alive and they were as though literally speaking directly to me! Another great restoration was I am back to rule with my Father in Heaven! The Holy Spirit is a good Teacher. I had read the book “Destined to Reign” by Joseph Prince before this but I was not in full reign until my pauper mindset was washed away under the glory rain followed by the Holy Spirit’s help in recalling what I had read.

I am entrusted to take care of World Harvest Children Church. While I was still very much drunk in the spirit, the Spirit of God baptized the children personally. The Children Church leaders and I believe that the baptism of Holy Spirit is not for the children to experience and enjoy seeing visions or having dreams from God but it comes with empowering to do kingdom works.

Since then, we allocated more time for the children to have spiritual soaking after worship and at the end of every gathering; the children were ready to pray for one another. Most of the time, their prayers were directed by visions that God showed them. We used to explain truths with crafts for lessons. Usually, we needed to repeat few times to have the truths brought across to the children but now the demonstration of the power of God itself explain the truth! Children started to develop personal relationships with God, knowing we can only build relationship with things or persons who are alive. We cannot deny that craft-doing is an important tool in teaching lessons but the power and the Spirit of God are ‘zoe’ life from heaven!

Those 2 weeks were just the beginning of many great moves and encounters with God. In June, I was in Singapore attending a conference called Open Heaven Conference by James Goll. The Spirit of God moved mightily and I used to tell people that ‘I sat through the conference but either in my body or in my spirit I do not know’, meaning I was so drunk in the spirit. During the conference, I was once transported to another nation to intercede specifically for heavenly glory rain to come upon that nation for people to come to know Christ by personal glory encounters directly from heaven. On the second night, half way through the sharing, one of my church mates just jumped out of his seat when James Goll quoted the verse that our Senior Pastor had been preaching of- in the day of the latter rain ask for rain! Immediately the Spirit of God rested upon us and we were all crying, shaking and we were so hungry for revival.

Another hype of the year 2011 that I must highlight is the Asia Ablaze in August 2011. I fully agree that the deepest worship is from the heart, not that I did not believe before this but experiences spoke the loudest. I was very sick after the first session as my throat was badly infected until I had difficulty to even speak, with the additional flu. But the fire of revival was seeking for a hungry heart. In every session, I was shaking, crying or laughing! There was once I was shaking so vigorously that I almost hurt my church mate who sat next to me with my legs kicking up high in the air! (For your information, I am someone who always makes sure I am presentable especially in the public) In the spirit, I was warring with a demonic stronghold and kicking open the doors for the gospel in Asia!

Immediately after August, it was September-WHC Church Camp, another epic event of the year! This time, the Lord brought me to look into the spiritual realm to intercede for church members who were bound by demons and wounded in their emotions. There were great restorations and renewals of the mind as well as relationships were strengthened. I believe this prepared the army of God to launch into kingdom works in the spiritual frontier!

On 31 December 2011, some Menara Alpha peeps (A condominium where WHC houses our disciples into various discipleship homes to train revivalists) suggested to have a countdown beside the pool. Just before I left my house at 11.30pm, I heard this statement in my spirit- “2012 is the year of FULFILLMENT!” I amen with it and welcomed it with great joy and thankfulness in my heart! (It is still echoing very loud in me at the time I am writing this).

A Beautiful Flower In A Broken Pot


Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” (1 Samuel 16:7b)

Our house was directly across the street from the clinic entrance of Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. We lived downstairs and rented the upstairs rooms to out patients at the clinic.

One summer evening as I was fixing supper, there was a knock at the door. I opened it to see a truly awful looking man. "Why, he's hardly taller than my eight-year-old," I thought as I stared at the stooped, shriveled body. But the appalling thing was his face, lopsided from swelling, red and raw. Yet his voice was pleasant as he said, "Good evening. I've come to see if you've a room for just one night. I came for a treatment this morning from the eastern shore, and there's no bus 'til morning." He told me he'd been hunting for a room since noon but with no success, no one seemed to have a room. "I guess it's my face... I know it looks terrible, but my doctor says with a few more treatments..."

For a moment I hesitated, but his next words convinced me: “I could sleep in this rocking chair on the porch. My bus leaves early in the morning.” I told him we would find him a bed, but to rest on the porch. I went inside and finished getting supper. When we were ready, I asked the old man if he would join us. “No thank you. I have plenty.” And he held up a brown paper bag.

When I had finished the dishes, I went out on the porch to talk with him a few minutes. It didn’t take a long t ime to see that this old man had an oversized heart crowded into that tiny body. He told me he fished for a living to support his daughter, her five children, and her husband, who was hopelessly crippled from a back injury. He didn’t tell it by way of complaint; in fact, every other sentence was preface with a thanks to God for a blessing. He was grateful that no pain accompanied his disease, which was apparently a form of skin cancer. He thanked God for giving him the strength to keep going.

At bedtime, we put a camp cot in the children’s room for him. When I got up in the morning, the bed linens were neatly folded and the little man was out on the porch.

He refused breakfast, but just before he left for his bus, haltingly, as if asking a great favor, he said, Could I please come back and stay the next time I have a treatment? I won’t put you out a bit. I can sleep fine in a chair.” He paused a moment and then added, “Your children made me feel at home. Grownups are bothered by my face, but children don’t seem to mind.” I told him he was welcome to come again.

And on his next trip he arrived a little later seven in the morning. As a gift, he brought a big fish and a quart of the largest oysters I had ever seen. He said he had shucked them that morning before he left so that they’d be nice and fresh. I knew his bus left at 4:00 a.m. and I wondered what time he had to get up in order to do this for us. In the years he came to stay overnight with us there was never a time that he did not bring us fish or oysters or vegetables from his garden.

Other times we received packages in the mail, always by special delivery; fish and oysters packed in a box of fresh young spinach or kale, every leaf carefully washed. Knowing that he must walk three miles to mail these, and knowing how little money he had made the gifts doubly precious.

When I received these little remembrances, I often thought of a comment our next-door neighbor made after he left that first morning.

“Did you keep that awful looking man last night? I turned him away! You can lose roomers by putting up such people!” Maybe we did lose roomers once or twice. But oh! If only they could have known him, perhaps their illness’ would have been easier to bear.

I know our family always will be grateful to have known him; from him we learned what it was to accept the bad without complaint and the good with gratitude to God.

Recently I was visiting a friend who has a greenhouse, As she showed me her flowers, we came to the most beautiful one of all, a golden chrysanthemum, bursting with blooms. But to my great surprise, it was growing in an old dented, rusty bucket. I thought to myself, “If this were my plant, I’d put it in the loveliest container I had!”

My friend changed my mind. “I ran short of pots,” she explained, and knowing how beautiful this one would be, I thought it wouldn’t mind starting out in this old pail. It’s just for a little while, till I can put it out in the garden.”

She must have wondered why I laughed so delightedly, but I was imagining just such a scene in heaven. “Here’s an especially beautiful one,” God might have said when he came to the soul of the sweet old fisherman. “He won’t mind starting in this small body.” All this happened long ago—and now, in God’s garden, how tall this lovely soul must stand. The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” (1 Samuel 16:7b)

See The Abundance Within You

… For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.”

When you were younger, were you often scolded for not finishing all your food or leaving the lights and fan on when you left your room? Were you constantly reminded that there are people starving in the world, that electricity costs a lot of money and that money doesn’t grow on trees? Now, do you find yourself telling your child the same things?

We are naturally conscious of lack, but Jesus isn’t. Even in the midst of lack, He was always conscious of abundance. Remember the little boy’s five loaves and two fish? What did Jesus do when these were placed in His hands? Did He say, “What do you expect Me to do with so little?” No, His eyes were not on the natural, the visible, the lack. His eyes were on the kingdom of God where there is always abundance. So in His hands, the little boy’s lunch was multiplied, and 5,000 men, not counting women and children, were fed that day! (John 6:1–13)

God doesn’t want you to be conscious of the lack in your natural circumstances. He doesn’t want you to live by how much you earn or how much you have in the bank. Now, I am not encouraging you to spend foolishly beyond your means. I am saying that God wants you to be conscious of the abundance of resources in His kingdom.

“But Pastor Prince, where is that kingdom?”

As long as you have received Jesus as your Savior, that kingdom is in you!

Jesus said that “the kingdom of God is within you”. This means that the kingdom of God is not some physical place. It is within you and it is where the abundance of resources is. So if you want to experience abundance in your life, be conscious first of the abundance inside you. Then, what is inside you will become a reality on the outside.

Beloved, God doesn’t want you to be conscious of the lack you see outside you. He wants you to be conscious of the abundance within you because His kingdom is within you!

The pretty lady

Once upon a time a big monk and a little monk were traveling together. They came to the bank of a river and found the bridge was damaged. They had to wade across the river. There was a pretty lady who was stuck at the damaged bridge and couldn't cross the river.

The big monk offered to carry her across the river on his back. The lady accepted. The little monk was shocked by the move of the big monk. 'How can big brother carry a lady when we are supposed to avoid all intimacy with females?' thought the little monk. But he kept quiet.

The big monk carried the lady across the river and the small monk followed unhappily. When they crossed the river, the big monk let the lady down and they parted ways with her.
All along the way for several miles, the little monk was very unhappy with the act of the big monk. He was making up all kinds of accusations about big monk in his head. This got him madder and madder. But he still kept quiet. And the big monk had no inclination to explain his situation.

Finally, at a rest point many hours later, the little monk could not stand it any further, he burst out angrily at the big monk. 'How can you claim yourself a devout monk, when you seize the first opportunity to touch a female, especially when she is very pretty? All your teachings to me make you a big hypocrite The big monk looked surprised and said, 'I had put down the pretty lady at the river bank many hours ago, how come you are still carrying her along?'
This very old Chinese Zen story reflects the thinking of many people today. We encounter many unpleasant things in our life, they irritate us and they make us angry. Sometimes, they cause us a lot of hurt, sometimes they cause us to be bitter or jealous. But like the little monk, we are not willing to let them go away. We keep on carrying the baggage of the 'pretty lady' with us. We let them keep on coming back to hurt us, make us angry, make us bitter and cause us a lot of agony. Why? Simply because we are not willing to put down or let go of the baggage of the 'pretty lady'. We should let go of the pretty lady immediately after crossing the river, that is after the unpleasant event is over. This will immediately remove all our agonies. There is no need to be further hurt by the unpleasant event after it is over.

Hold my hands

Little girl and her father were crossing a bridge.

The father was kind of scared so he asked his little daughter, 'Sweetheart, please hold my hand so that you don't fall into the river.'

The little girl said, 'No, Dad. You hold my hand.'

'What's the difference?' Asked the pu
zzled father.

'There's a big difference,' replied the little girl. 'If I hold your hand and something happens to me, chances are that I may let your hand go. But if you hold my hand, I know for sure that no matter what happens, you will never let my hand go.'

In any relationship, the essence of trust is not in its bind, but in its bond.
This short story makes me recall how I trusted the Lord when I just met Him years ago. Days that I was misunderstood by, seem like people had forgotten about my existing. However, the Lord never leave me because I chose to let Him hold my hands.
There is a verse that speak deeply in my heart, such assurance from Him

“Can a woman forget her nursing child, and not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you. See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me. Isaiah 49:15-16

If you had been waiting for people to hold your hands or maybe you are
expecting others to hold your hands. At this moment, open your hands for Jesus to hold you. Others may let go their hands or you may let go others hands but the hand of Jesus is like the hand of the father to the little girl, He never let go. As He had promised, He had inscribed my name and your name on the palms of His hand and it is always in front of Him.


The Tales of Three Trees


Once upon a mountain top, three little trees stood and dreamed of what they wanted to become when they grew up.

The firs little tree looked up at the stars twinkling like diamonds above him.' I want to be covered with gold and filled with precious stones. I will be the most beautiful treasure chest in the world!'

The second little tress looked out at the small stream trickling by its way to the ocean. ' I want to travel mighty waters and carry powerful kings. I will be the strongest ship in the world!'

The third little tree looked down into the valley below where busy men and busy women worked in a busy town. ' I don't want to leave this mountain top at all', she said. ' I want to grow so tall that when people stop look at me they will raise their eyes to heaven and think of God. I will be the tallest tree in the world!'

Years passed. The rain came, the sun shone, and the little trees grew tall.

One day three woodcutters climbed the mountain.

The first woodcutters looked at the first tree and said, ' This tree is beautiful. It is perfect for me.' With a swoop of his shining axe, the first tree fell.

'Now i shall be made into a beautiful chest,' thought the first tree. ' I shall hold wonderful treasure.'

The second woodcutter looked at the second tree and said, 'This tree is strong. It is prefect for me.' With a swoop of his shining axe, the second tree fell.

'Now i shall sail mighty waters,' thought the second tree. 'I shall be a strong ship fit for kings!'

The third tree felt her heart sink when the last woodcutters looked at her way. she stood straight and tall and pointed bravely to heaven.

But the woodcutter never even looked up. 'Any kind of tree will do for me,' he muttered. With a swoop of his shining axe, the third tree fell.

The first tree rejoiced when the woodcutter brought him to a carpenter's shop, but the busy carpenter was not thinking about treasure chests. Instead his workworn hands fashioned the tree into feed box for animals.

The once-beautiful tree was not covered with gold or filled with treasure. He was covered with sawdust and filled with hay for hungry farm animals.

The second tree smiled when the woodcutter took him to a shipyard, but no mighty sailing ships were being made that day. Instead the once-strong tree was hammered and sawed into a simple fishing boat.

Too small and too weak to sail and ocean or even a river, he was taken to a little lake. everyday, he brought in loads of dead, smelly fish.

The third tree was confused when the woodcutter cut her into strong beams and left her in a lumberyard.

'What happen?' the once-tall tree wondered. 'All i ever wanted to do was stay on the mountain top and point to God'.

Many, many days and nights passed. The three trees nearly forgot their dreams.

But one night golden starlight poured over the first tree as a newborn baby in the fee box.
'I wish i could make a cradle for him,' her husband whispered.

The mother squeezed his hand and smiled as the starlight shone on the smooth and sturdy wood. 'This manger is beautiful' she said.

And suddenly the first tree knew he was holding the greatest treasure in the world.

One evening a tired traveller and his friends crowed into the old fishing boat. The traveler fell asleep as the second tree quietly sailed out into the lake.

Soon a thundering storm arose. The little tree shuddered. He knew he did not have the strength to carry so many passengers safely through the wind and rain.

The tired man awakened. he stood up, stretched out his hand, and said 'Peace'. The storm stopped as quickly as it had begun.

And suddenly the second tree knew he was carrying the King of heaven and earth.

One Friday morning, the third tree was startled when her beams were yanked from the forgotten woodpile. She flinched as she was carried through an angry, jeering crowed. She shuddered when soldiers nailed a man's hands to her.

She felt ugly and harsh and cruel.

But Sunday morning, when the sun rose and the earth trembled with joy beneath her, the third tree knew that God's love had changed everything.

It had made the first tree beautiful.

It had made the second tree strong.

And every time people thought of the third tree, they would think of God.

That was better then being the tallest tree in the world.


He Is The God of our valleys too!


Last week I had severe backache, admitted to hospital in the middle of the night. When it come to backache, it make me hopeless because any posture that slightly not 'chun' it really trigger the pain.

I was on strong medication plus injection, i slept almost ALL the time even when nurse came in to check blood pressure i just couldn't open my eyes . I was tough to have a verse to proclaim over and over and believe for healing but i even do not have the time to get up to grab the plate of food that was served in front of me, guess what it is western food-chicken chop with all my favorite side dishes. That time, all that is in me only can function one thing-SLEEP!

Praise God! I was discharged after staying 4 days, finally i am home. Again, i was sleeping round the clock. I couldn't follow proper meal time, simply just couldn't get out of sleep. I passed meal time and i can hear some noises from my stomach and i will start cooking and when i am done with my cooking... Oh my goodness... i can't eat it because i was cooking in dream!

Any position, i got to conscious that any part of my body feel any numbness? If yes, i got to go back to hospital immediately as it is a sign that my main nerve is press. I was in bad time don't you think so? Sometimes, some moment or a season in our life we went through both good and bad time.

I received this article in my mail box that had added strength to my days, here i would like to share it with you. It's from Pastor Joseph Prince, New Creation Church.

In 1 Kings 20, we find the Syrians being defeated by the Israelites. Then, some of the Syrian king’s advisers gave the king what they thought was the reason for their defeat. They said that they had fought on the hills and lost because Israel’s God is the God of the hills. So if they were to fight the Israelites on the plains or in the valleys, they would win.

What stupid advice! They thought that the God of Israel only helped His people up in the hills and mountains, and not down in the valleys.

Now, mountains refer to our good times, and valleys, our bad times. Some people have this idea that God is the God of our good times, but He is not there when we are going through bad times. They think that He leaves us helpless in the valleys, especially when the troubles are of our own making.

My friend, I want you to know that our God is the God of the mountains, but He is also the God of the valleys!

God the Son laid aside His crown of glory, His royal majesty and came down for us, stepping into a human body as a baby. He came down to where we were for the sole purpose of dying on the cross for our sins, so that He could bring us up to what God the Father has for us at His right hand. Jesus came down to crown us with glory and honor, to clothe us with robes of righteousness and make us His bride, sharing everything that He has with us. That is the grace of God. He came down to our valley.

So whatever you are going through right now, know that God is right there in your valley with you. He is holding you in His arms and carrying you through the valley. Victory is already yours. Just as the Israelites were also victorious in the valley (1 Kings 20:28–29), so will you be because the God of the valleys is right there with you!

Hallelujah! I already have the victory because He guards all my bones; Not one of them is broken. AMEN!!!


A Seed to plant



A successful business man was growing old and knew it was time to choose asuccessor totake over the business. Instead of choosing one of his Directors or his children, he decided to dosomething different. He called all the young executives in his company together.

He said, "It is time for me to step down and choose the next CEO. I have decided to choose one of you. "The young executives were shocked, but the boss continued. "I am going to give each one of you a SEED today - one very special SEED. I want you to plant the seed, water it, and come back here one year from today with what you have grown from the seed I have given you. I will then judge the plants that you bring, and the one I choose will be the next CEO."

One man, named Jim, was there that day and he, like the others, received aseed. He went homeand excitedly, told his wife the story. She helped him get a pot, soil andcompost and he planted the seed.

Everyday, he would water it and watch to see if it had grown. After about three weeks, some of the other executives began to talk about their seeds and the plantsthat were beginning to grow...

Jim kept checking his seed, but nothing ever grew. Three weeks, four weeks, five weeks went by, still nothing. By now, others were talking about their plants, but Jim didn't have a plant and he felt like a failure.

Six months went by -- still nothing in Jim's pot. He just knew he had killedhis seed.Everyone else had trees and tall plants, but he had nothing. Jim didn't say anything to his colleagues, however he just kept watering and fertilizing the soil - He so wanted the seed to grow.

A year finally went by and all the young executives of the company brought their plants to the CEO for inspection. Jim told his wife that he wasn't going to take an empty pot. But she asked him to be honest about what happened. Jim felt sick to his stomach, it was going to be the most embarrassing moment of his life, but he knew his wife was right.

He took his empty pot to the board room. When Jim arrived, he was amazed at the variety of plants grown by the other executives. They were beautiful -- in all shapes and sizes. Jim put his empty pot on the floor and many of his colleagues laughed, a few felt sorry for him!

When the CEO arrived, he surveyed the room and greeted his young executives. Jim just tried to hide in the back. "My, what great plants, trees, and flowers you have grown," said the CEO. "Today one of you will be appointed the next CEO!"

All of a sudden, the CEO spotted Jim at the back of the room with his empty pot. He ordered the Financial Director to bring him to the front. Jim was terrified. He thought, "The CEO knows I'm a failure! Maybe he will have me fired!" When Jim got to the front, the CEO asked him what had happened to his seed -Jim told him the story. The CEO asked everyone to sit down except Jim. He looked at Jim, and thenannounced to the young executives, "Behold your next Chief ExecutiveOfficer! His name is Jim!"

Jim couldn't believe it. Jim couldn't even grow his seed. "How could he be the new CEO?" the others said. Then the CEO said, "One year ago today, I gave everyone in this room a seed. I told youto take the seed, plant it, water it, and bring it back to me today. But I gave you all boiled seeds; they were dead -it was not possible for them to grow. All of you, except Jim, have brought me trees and plants and flowers.

When you found that the seed would not grow, you substituted another seed for the one I gave you. Jim was the only one with the courage and honesty to bring me a pot with my seed in it. Therefore, he is the one who will be the new Chief Executive Officer!"

Daily Check-up

I went to the Lord’s Clinic to have my routine check-up and it confirmed I was ill:

When Jesus took my blood pressure, He saw I was low in tenderness.


When he read my temperature, the thermometer registered 40ยบ of anxiety


He ran an electrocardiogram and found that I needed several “love bypasses” since my arteries were blocked with loneliness and could not provide for an empty heart.


I went to orthopedics, because I could not walk by my brother’s side and I could not hug my friends, since I had fractured myself when tripping with envy.
He also found I was shortsighted, since I could not see beyond the shortcomings of my brothers and sisters.

When I complained about deafness, the diagnosis was that I had stopped listening to Jesus’ voice talking to me on a daily basis.

For all of that, Jesus gave me a free consultation thanks to his mercifulness, so my pledge is to, once I leave this clinic, only take the natural remedies he prescribed through his words of truth:

Every morning, take a full glass of gratitude

When getting to work, take one spoon of peace

Every hour, take one pill of patience, one cup of brotherhood and one glass of humility

When getting home, take one dose of love

When getting to bed, Take two caplets of clear conscience
